Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to enhance every stage of the customer journey. This role is responsible for ensuring that customers receive exceptional service, support, and engagement across all touchpoints—driving satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years' proven experience as a Call Centre Agent or Customer Service Officer.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
* Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end customer experience and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Must reside in or around Achimota and its neighboring areas.
