Jibu is looking for a Front Desk Associate at the Osu Depot to ensure smooth in-store operations, maintain excellent customer experience, and manage daily sales activities. This role is ideal for organized and detail-oriented individuals.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Coordinate in-store sales from walk-in customers and outgoing orders.
- Ensure excellent in-store customer experience.
- Input all sales into the online Point of Sales (POS) system daily.
- Inspect stock to ensure good quality.
- Maintain store cleanliness and proper product presentation according to Jibu standards.
- Coordinate delivery schedules.
