RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and inquiries.
  • Managing phone calls, emails, faxes, and hospital correspondence.
  • Accurately registering and verifying patient information.
  • Handling appointment scheduling and notifying providers of patient arrivals or delays.
  • Addressing customer concerns promptly and escalating when necessary.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and maintaining organized records.
  • Ensuring a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks to support hospital operations.


 QUALIFICATION:

  •  BSc. in a related field.
  •  2-3 years of work experience needed.
