We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Support Officer to join our Services team. This role involves providing prompt and professional support to customers, managing service desk tickets, resolving service-related issues in line with SLAs, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and service issues
- Log, track, and resolve service desk tickets within agreed SLAs
- Liaise with technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation and service records
- Support service improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in customer service, service desk, or technical support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of IT systems and service desk tools
- Customer-focused, organized, and able to work under pressure
- ITIL knowledge is an advantage
