This involves providing the strategic interface between HR and specific functions to embed a strategic approach to HR management for effective delivery of the company's goals, managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring legal compliance, developing HR policies, processes and practices, and supporting operational excellence through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities
• Contribute to the development and execution of local HR strategies in line with business objectives and the company vision.
• Lead the implementation of policies and procedures and ensure alignment with local labour laws and practices.
• Implement, maintain and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
• Monitor compensation trends and advise on salary benchmarking and review.
• Manage local health insurance and raise awareness of this facility. Ensure timely processing of all health benefits and ad invoices.
• Ensure proper staff administration and maintain HR records and employees' files in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Manage relationships with external HR partners, including recruitment agencies, outsourcing firms, and clients to understand and address talent or workforce-related needs.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure quality hiring and smooth integration.
• Provide HR support to international assignees and manage related legal or administrative topics.
• Identify and assess future and current training needs and draw an overall training and development plan.
• Manage employee relations and resolve disputes or grievances in a fair and legally compliant manner.
• Represent the company during labour inspections, audits and any external proceedings related to labour and employment matters.
• Maintain close and safe relationships with staff representative bodies.
• Coordinate and lead the performance appraisal process and follow up on development plans.
• Lead succession planning and career path design.
• Ensure the administration, the implementation and the proper functioning of the HRMS tool upon deployment.
• Advise managers and employees on employment law, internal policies, and disciplinary procedures.
Guide employees on the company's values to be respected and embodied by all employees as well as partner
Support implementation of HSE and wellness programs in collaboration with relevant team

• Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office 

Experience in a multinational or multi-site organization is a strong asset
