Role Overview:

Office Administrators are responsible for coordinating office activities, managing resources, and providing support to employees and visitors. They often serve as the first point of contact and help maintain a professional and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception Duties: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries professionally
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel or events 
  • Office Supplies Management: Monitor inventory, order supplies, and ensure equipment is functional
  • Documentation: Handle correspondence, file records, and maintain databases 

 Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirement:

1. Bsc/HND Business Administration or related field

2. At least one year experience in a similar role
