Job summary:
Kinapharma Limited is seeking a meticulous and proactive QA/QC Officer to ensure the highest quality standards in its manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting product inspections, enforcing quality control procedures, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.
Description / Duties:
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Ensure that production processes comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company quality policies.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate documentation and quality reports.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Monitor equipment calibration and laboratory testing procedures.
• Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide quality-related training to staff and promote continuous improvement practices.
Requirements:
• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in QA/QC within a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
