IT and Project Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Project Management:
o Coordinate and manage client projects from initiation through completion
o Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to define scope, timelines,
and deliverables
o Monitor project progress and proactively handle issues and risks
o Use ClickUp (or similar tools) for task tracking, team collaboration, and reporting
o Prepare client updates, status reports, and internal documentation
o Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
▪ IT Management:
o Provide internal technical support for software, hardware, and network issues
o Manage tools and accounts (Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, GitHub, etc.)
o Oversee onboarding/offboarding of team members from a technical setup
perspective
o Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues across a remote team.
o Evaluate and recommend tools and systems to improve productivity and security
o Monitor the office internet including direct contact with providres
Qualifications:
▪ 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech or software company
▪ Solid understanding of IT systems, SaaS platforms, and basic network troubleshooting
▪ Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
▪ Strong communication and organizational skills
▪ Comfortable working remotely and independently
▪ Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
▪ Experience with client communication is a plus
▪ Basic technical knowledge (e.g., Git, APIs, cloud platforms) is an advantage
