As part of our team, you will
- Set and monitor sourcing and reporting service standards
- Generate performance data and supplier insights to support sourcing decisions
- Guide category managers with data-driven supplier evaluations
- Lead system enhancements for sourcing workflows and analytics
- Drive digital transformation and automation across supply chain reporting
- Train teams and business partners on data quality, standards, and analysis
Prerequisites for Your Success in This Role
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain leadership
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Ariba, and reporting tools
- Strong background in supplier evaluation, risk analysis, and compliance
- Experience in shared service delivery and global sourcing models
