As Part Of Our Team You Will:
- Prepare and deliver work orders for planned maintenance tasks, ensuring all necessary information and resources are identified, available and attached to the work orders, create task list as required.
- Collaborate closely with maintenance and operations team members to implement work activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Coordinate verify, organizes materials tools and services for each task package material kit, ensuring that these meet the specifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment histories, and inspection reports.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety standards and regulatory requirements, execute audits and inspections as needed.
- Provide regular reports and updates on maintenance activities, including completion rates, and any issues or delays.
- Ensure all parts, materials and equipment are accounted for in the plan, determine if parts are stocked or non- stock, create requisitions and determine if they need expediting.
- Responsible for determining what risks and permits are involved or required for the task.
- Verify if the equipment or parts are under warranty and begin warranty process.
- Review planned total costs vs actual costs inclusive of labor.
- Work with supply chain to get contracts in place for external labor.
Your Training, Skills & Experience Checklist:
Formal Qualification (including Professional Registrations):
- Degree or HND in an Electrical or Mechanical engineering field is highly desirable.
Additional Knowledge:
- Knowledge of fixed plant and Site Facility maintenance is desirable.
- Valid Driving License.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 – 10 years’ experience in a maintenance environment.
- Experience with Fixed Plant, mobile equipment and site facility equipment.
- Maintenance planning and scheduling experience (CMMS).
Problem Solving Ability:
- Completes concrete procedural tasks.
- Follows procedural steps to complete work.
- Uses practical judgment to overcome problems, or requests assistance.
- Sees alternatives based on trial and error.
- Improves working methods using day-to-day experiences, procedures, observations of pattern of events, and trial and error.
- Strong teamwork.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in identifying practical application.
- Proficiency in maintenance planning and coordination.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software, including the ability to carry out specific activities using appropriate tools and processes to achieve defined business outcomes.
- Planning or trades designation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across all workgroups.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail to review and manage weekly plans.
- Competent computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word Document, and Excel.
- Capable of using SAP work management system (CMMS)Understand budgeting processes and KPI development and review.
- Capable of learning FRM safety applications.
- Capable of using the Contractor Management processes to acquire external labor when needed.
