Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, marketing, and sales efforts.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
4. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (HR, etc.) to develop and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
6. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
7. Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the HR industry.
3. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
