What you'll do
- Diagnose and repair electrical or mechanical equipment and process problems such as computer-controlled process lines, pneumatic and electrically operated control systems, and pumps and input information into company data system (SAP, CMMS, etc.) and prepare reports
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities on production, facilities, and auxiliary equipment including, but not limited to: Boilers, air compressors, air handlers, chillers, pumps/motors, cooling towers, and purified water treatment systems
- Significant electrical focus, with multi-craft needs.
Who you are
- 4+ years of experience in an Industrial Plant environment or Field Maintenance technician/mechanic, electrician, multi-craft technician, engineering technician or relatable field
- Demonstrated electrical knowledge or experience
- Ability to accurately document work performed in CMMS or other maintenance management system
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Knowledge of PLC, logical controls, and associated programming software
- Knowledge of troubleshooting programmable frequency drives (VFD) and their relationship to the process
