Job Description:

  • Obtain the availability of clients for interviews and coordinate this with the recruitment team.
  • Host interviews on Zoom, providing technical assistance and guidance to all participants as needed.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and expectations to facilitate relevant and targeted interviews.
  • Actively assist clients in formulating interview questions, providing suggestions and support to ensure a comprehensive evaluation of candidates.
  • Update job records on the ATS for changes in responsibilities, tasks, schedules, and skills requirements as they arise in the interview process to ensure that recruiters are aware of them and that offers have the correct and updated details
  • Monitor and evaluate interview sessions, providing feedback to both clients and candidates as required.
  • Collaborate with clients to select the most suitable candidates for their outsourcing needs, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Manage the contract signing process, working closely with both clients and recruiter to ensure a clear understanding of terms, conditions, and expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interview processes, contracts, and communication.
  • Continuously improve the interview facilitation process, seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other team members at Bruntwork, contributing to the overall success of the company.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in interview facilitation and coordination, recruitment, client-facing or similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency in using Zoom and other video conferencing platforms.
  • Strong aptitude for using ATS and CRMs
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, candidates, and team members.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and implementing improvements.
  • High level of integrity and discretion, with the ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
