JOB DESCRIPTION
The Corporate Sales Representative is responsible for growing and managing corporate and institutional clients through effective B2B and B2G sales execution. The role focuses on tendering and contract negotiation, achieving sales targets, managing pricing and credit, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining strong customer relationships while supporting Market Developers within the assigned scope.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and manage long-term relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
Identify and manage bidding opportunities, including proposal development and contract negotiation.
Achieve monthly sales targets for bagged and bulk cement.
Grow and manage a portfolio of active clients with consistent purchase volumes.
Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and understand customer needs.
Maintain approved pricing levels while ensuring profitability.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide management reports.
Manage account reconciliation, client credit limits, and minimize credit risk.
Ensure timely cash collection and follow up on outstanding payments.
