Job Overview:
A Sales Representative promotes and sells company products/services, builds customer relationships, achieves sales targets, and manages an assigned territory to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new sales leads through prospecting and cold calling
* Present and sell products/services to customers
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
* Manage assigned territory and conduct regular customer visits
* Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
* Monitor competitor activities and market trends
* Submit regular sales reports and forecasts
* Execute promotional campaigns and marketing activities
* Process sales orders and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
* Diploma/HND in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
* 1-3 years sales experience
* Proven track record of meeting sales targets
* Field/territory sales experience preferred
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
* Self-motivated and target-oriented
* Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
* Customer service focused
