A customer-focused Travel and Tour company committed to delivering seamless travel experiences is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Ticketing Manager to manage its ticketing operations.

 

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily airline ticketing operations for domestic and international travel
* Manage bookings
* Ensure compliance with airline policies, regulations, and company procedures
* Supervise, train, and support ticketing staff to maintain high service standards
* Handle complex itineraries, group bookings, and VIP clients
* Monitor ticketing queues, deadlines, and fare rules to minimize errors and losses
* Liaise with airlines, consolidators, and partners to resolve issues efficiently
* Prepare ticketing reports, analyze performance, and recommend process improvements



Requirements & Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Ticketing Manager or Officer in a travel agency
* Strong understanding of fare construction, airline rules, and standards
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Strong customer service and communication skills
