About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Regional Sales Manager to lead, develop, and expand our sales operations across assigned regions in Ghana. The ideal candidate will be strategic, hands‑on, and passionate about driving growth through strong team leadership and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead, coach, and manage regional sales teams
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Willingness to travel across regions in Ghana
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
